CANCELLATION + DEPOSIT POLICY •A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all new client appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout. A valid card on file is required for all bookings. •Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date one time if you need to reschedule. Any changes to your appointment date are considered a reschedule. If a second reschedule is requested, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. •If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the following: Appointments canceled within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service total. Your deposit will be applied toward these fees. •If I need to reschedule your appointment due to illness or scheduling conflicts, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. •If you choose not to move forward with a rescheduled appointment while I am still actively offering alternative dates, the deposit will remain nonrefundable. •In the rare event that I need to fully cancel your appointment and am unable to accommodate a new date, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis. •By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above. LATE POLICY • If you are running late, please let me know as soon as you can. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subjected to your service being cancelled or moved to another date & time, and will be charged a minimum of 80% of the total service. To reschedule I will require a deposit on the desired service booked. REFUNDS •I do not give refunds under any circumstance. I offer a 3 day grace period from your original appointment to contact me with any concerns and will make arrangements to promptly make the appropriate adjustments. My number one priority is to always have clients leave my chair happy with their service and have constructive open communication. •I always want my salon to be a positive and comfortable environment for anyone who walks through my door and that applies to myself as well. With that in mind, if I’m faced with unrealistic expectations or I feel that we are not a good fit, I have the right to refuse service to anyone. **No Pets/ Guests under 18 unless they are receiving a service**
